Can someone please explain this to me? I haven't played for about a year and a half, so I really have no idea why I have these titles.

Because I'm interested in getting that Legendary Skill Hunter title

There are some core elites that can be capped in every campaign, so they count for every campaigns skill hunter title aswell.

You probably capped one of those.

Just to add to Earths point heres a list of the "core" skills that count 1 point for every title.

You also said you wanted the legendary skill hunter, you won;t be able to do this without Factions and Nightfall however.
